Why not? Today is a cloudy day and I feel like fettuccine alla Carbonara. With a twist, put fresh marjoram for a more inviting scent. Bon appetit!

Ingredients for 2 people:
50 g bacon
1 small fresh onion cut into fine brunoise,
1 clove of garlic,
2 eggs, extra virgin olive oil,
75g pecorino romano long maturation,
10 g Parmesan cheese,
15 g milk,
2 sprigs fresh marjoram,
Himalaya salt,
plenty of black pepper,
170 g  fettuccine
