There are now more than twenty years that I’m practicing in the kitchens of restaurants from all over Europe. I had the honor, merit and the pleasure of working for great restaurants like Il Griso in Malgrate (2 ** Michelin), Gualtiero Marchesi’s Albereta Restaurant (3 *** Michelin), Hotel de Crillon in Paris, Operakallaren in Stockholm (1 * Michelin) and La Pergola at the Hilton hotel in Rome (2 ** Michelin) by Heinz Beck, where I met great chefs, gurus, and sometimes even great friends.
