My style is expressed in a classical and sometimes traditional way. I always choose seasonal products, important for creating menus and recipes that excite.
I know the basic techniques of French, Swedish and Italian food, ie mom’s lasagna has no secrets for me,  I eat Köttbullar for breakfast and of course I jealously guard the recipe of the perfect Parisian croissant, which I will not reveal even under torture.

During the years I have developed an excellent knowledge of all departments within the hotel structure, with respect for the commercial and promotional uses.

I believe in values ​​like family, friendship, humility, honesty, cooperation and respect.
In fact, I distinguish myself for my good attitude in relating with colleagues and superiors always respecting their professional and human profiles.
